Skin concern
Rough Texture.
Enlarged pores, uneven skin, dull surface.
What's actually going on
Rough texture is usually a combination of things. Dead skin building up faster than it sheds. Collagen production slowing with age. Sun damage accumulating over years. Pores stretching from oil production. The skin feels uneven, looks dull, and doesn't reflect light the way it used to. It's gradual enough that most blokes don't notice until someone points it out.
The common approach
Exfoliating scrubs, vitamin C serums, the occasional facial. These help at surface level but don't reach the dermal layer where texture is actually determined. A facial makes you look good for a week. It doesn't change the structure of your skin.
How we treat it
We work at the level where texture is built. Dermal needling with targeted compound delivery stimulates collagen remodelling in the layers that matter. Hydrafacial clears congestion and preps the skin. Chemical peels resurface at controlled depths. The approach depends on your skin, but the principle is the same: go deeper than the surface.
